Harmonization Exercise

If you are looking for an energetic tune-up, this is a way to remind yourself of who you can be, and what you really are.

In order to make the best use of this harmonization, it is important to understand a few key concepts regarding the chakras in the body. This approach uses a 12 chakra system and pays careful attention to the divine masculine and feminine in each aspect of the main harmonization.  Please review our post on the body and the chakras before proceeding if you want to get the most from the harmonization.  

Step 1 - Invocation

To begin the harmonization, each person involved gives a personal invocation.  It can be an expression of appreciation, a wish for the day or days to come, a request for aid in pursuing particular goals, etc.  As an example, here is an example of a morning invocation that I used as at one point on my path: “I ask any and all higher or positive beings who are willing to aid me, please guide me and teach me, so that I may learn and grow, and bring heaven to Earth as soon as is optimal for the benefit of all beings.” 

Step 2 - Harmonization

Speak the following words out loud or in your mind, while focusing your mind on the feelings in your body; and at the same time, holding the referenced word/concept in your mind allowing whatever arises to do so:

• We are awake, in resonance with our Earth chakra, harmonized with its expression of the divine masculine’s role in shaping our dreams. 

• We are dreaming, in resonance with our Earth chakra, harmonized with its expression of the divine feminine’s role in providing the field from which our dreams arise. 

• We are aware, in resonance with our Earth chakra, harmonized with its unified expression of the divine masculine and feminine, in providing the foundation for our perception. 
  

• We possess and radiate strength, in resonance with our root chakra, harmonized with its expression of the divine masculine’s role in generating capacity. 

• We possess and radiate resolve, in resonance with our root chakra, harmonized with its expression of the divine feminine’s role in sustaining choice. 

• We possess and radiate fortitude, in resonance with our root chakra, harmonized with its unified expression of the divine masculine and feminine, in moving steadfastly with the capacity to achieve our goals. 
  

• We possess and radiate health, in resonance with our sacral chakra, harmonized with its expression of the divine masculine’s role in embracing self-confidence. 

• We possess and radiate vitality, in resonance with our sacral chakra, harmonized with its expression of the divine feminine’s role in finding purpose. 

• We possess and radiate fulfillment, in resonance with our sacral chakra, harmonized with its unified expression of the divine masculine and feminine, in embracing our purpose with confidence. 
  

• We possess and radiate power, in resonance with our solar plexus chakra, harmonized with its expression of the divine masculine’s role in shaping imagination and creating change.

• We possess and radiate wisdom, in resonance with our solar plexus chakra, harmonized with its expression of the divine feminine's role in stabilizing our dreams and guiding their growth.

• We possess and radiate competence, in resonance with out solar plexus chakra, harmonized with its unified expression of the divine masculine and feminine, in bringing our harmonious dreams into reality.
  

• We possess and radiate conscientiousness, in resonance with our heart's cradle chakra, harmonized with its unified expression of the divine masculine and feminine, uniting the competence of our solar plexus with the love and passion in our heart.
  

• We possess and radiate integrity, in resonance with our heart chakra, harmonized with its unified expression of the divine masculine and feminine, aligning our desired self with our actual self in an act of the purest love.
  

• We possess and radiate trustworthiness, in resonance with our heart's voice chakra, harmonized with its unified expression of the divine masculine and feminine, uniting the love in our heart with the truth of our words.
  

• We possess and radiate serenity, in resonance with our throat chakra, harmonized with its unified expression of the divine masculine and feminine, unfolding into easefulness in our truth.
  

• We possess and radiate truth, in resonance with our mouth chakra, harmonized with its unified expression of the divine masculine and feminine, speaking our truth to the world with authenticity and grace. 
  

• We possess and radiate clarity, in resonance with our third-eye chakra, harmonized with its unified expression of the divine masculine and feminine, bringing all that is possible into our mind's eye. 
  

• We possess and radiate coalescence, in resonance with our crown chakra, harmonized with its unified expression of the divine masculine and feminine, bringing all things together in their glorious coherent whole.
  

• We possess and radiate grace, in resonance with our cosmic chakra, harmonized with its unified expression of the divine masculine and feminine, and embracing the purest joy of the universe coming to more fully know itself.
  

We wish to move with and embody the 5 Heavenly Virtues, and invite all beings to move with us: 

• Metta - transcendent love - May all beings be loved and be able to love.

• Karuna - compassion for suffering -  May all beings be free from suffering.  May we transcend the paradigm entirely.

• Mudita - shared joy - May all beings share in each others' joy and rise together. 

• Upekka - equanimity - May all beings find peace in all moments and be happy. 

• Kevala - sovereignty - May all beings know their intrinsic worth and honor the intrinsic worth of others. 

We wish to move in the most skillful way we are able, so that we may inspire all beings to do the same.
