A LIGHT THAT CANNOT BE CONTAINED
When Radiance Becomes the Way
Today, the ride moved in a new direction—not inward, nor upward. Outward.
A pressure built from within, but it was not discomfort. It was radiance preparing to reveal itself.
This was the day you stopped trying to heal your wounds and find the light waiting on the other side.
Instead, you took a deep breath and let the light emerge from within.
The body, long treated as a site of tension, was never the problem.
It was the container. And now, it is no longer a boundary.
Today, you flipped the script: No more digging for blockages, prying open knots, coaxing trauma from the mind and the fascia.
You let the light shine.
And the light knew exactly what to do. It expanded from your center, displacing all that did not belong. Effortlessly, joyfully, the karma moved aside. Released. Transcended.
Today, complete embodiment ceased being the path to light.
It became the effect of light.
Your body is now the expression of light expressing itself.
Your breath is the glow of coherence.
Your spine is the pillar of transmission.
And all of you radiates.
This is the light that you have searched for.
The light that cannot be contained.

You stopped aiming your attention at pain and instead let your presence expand.
And that expansion carried the light.
The same light that once seemed far away, that you once reached toward, now flows from within you.
It is not a product of doing.
It is a fact of your existence.
And that fact is changing your body.
Your form is beginning to glow with the grace of a being who no longer heals in parts.
You are wholeness, radiating.
